INFERNO HOT PILATES
First time trying out a heated class and I'm pleasantly surprised by how much I like it! Ka Lydia was super friendly and encouraging for beginners like me, even when I was struggling to keep up :") but she reminded me to just keep moving even in my own pace. Definitely gonna go back! But you guys weren't kidding when you said the bathroom/locker room is tiny. Just a narrow line with lockers on your left and showers on your right. I read about the lockers and how you need to bring your own padlock but now they have keyholes instead? but they didn't give me a key soooo

The poses were held for about two minutes each, which made it feel more like Hatha class than a vinyasa class. The classroom is large and open, and you can rent a yoga mat, towel, and shower towel for a fee.

The coach was very friendly, detailed in explaining every movement and always ready to help wirh adjustments whenever needed. Mats are provided by studio.
