    Class was a really good workout! A little humbling but manageable for sure! Studio was cute and the vibe was good! Incredible playlist. My only note would be that I would love some corrections on my form. There are some things I just know I’m probably doing wrong and I would love some notes on how to do it better! But a really encouraging environment and I would definitely go back!

    Nice slower pace with more spring load (light/heavy) options, clear demos and instructions, and overall less intensity.
