The practice was a good "wakeup call" for my body too as I haven't done it in a while! Good extra service too, as the instructor gave us water and soothing towels as we did our final pose. Thank you!

Owner of the studio looked so lost and didn’t apologise for it. Could’ve been handled better imo… But kudos to Brenda 👍
