My trainer also showed me some stretches I could do at home for areas he noticed were particularly tight during the session. Would recommend going for 90 minutes over the 60 if you're particularly tight/sore!

Had a persistent lower back problem although not severe but I wanted to understand the anatomy and get advice for improvement on body posture. I’m so pleased that we managed to identify the 70-80% of the problem, according to Ivy but I’m already so happy. After performing some basic stretch I can clearly see the improvement in my movement.
