すべてのレビューを表示Great workout and introductory class to rowing! Though it's low-impact, I was working up a sweat 10 min into the class. And I think rowing promotes the release of endorphins because I was feeling super refreshed after the class!🌝✨ They also have other rowing classes which you can progress to after taking this class. The instructor Alastair was incredibly patient in guiding us through the basics of rowing and he gave a lot of tips on the proper form, how to use the rowing machine, about pacing ourselves, etc. Just a tip (especially for ladies): recommended to wear those training gloves with padding at the palms (you can get them at Decathlon for less than $20) because I was beginning to get blisters on my palms after the class.. 🫣 If you are interested in rowing, give this class a try. It's incredibly fun!
