    (Hot) HIIT Yoga

    Not easy but fun! Come if you want a good sweaty work out. KC is also very kind and attentive to our needs which I really appreciated :) Music and pace was good too. Would recommend KC’s class!

    Love this class! Pace can be abit fast for beginners during the yang session, but the instructor reminds you to follow at your own pace and you’re always welcome to take a break. My friends old injury worked up after the class and the instructor took time to help her do some counter stretching to alleviate the discomfort. Greatly Appreciate the patience and warmth here ☺️

    Wall Rope Stretch

    Instructor is extra attentive to past injuries that we have and will adjust poses to avoid aggravating those injuries. Wall rope is fun as usual, no cardio, purely stretch with a bit of inversions (the fun part). The wall rope here have the cushion which is more comfortable than the usual wall rope yoga, but might also feel more slippery especially for first timers, but instructor will watch out anyway so just follow and have fun.
