Maryam’s cues were really clear and helpful, especially when she explained where we should feel each movement/stretch. I also loved how much she encouraged us to listen to our own bodies instead of forcing movements. Great experience overall!

すべてのレビューを表示The front desk lady was very friendly and helped me navigate the gym if I wasn’t sure. The instructor is very friendly & she guides us throughout. It was a fun class because it mixed pilates, yoga , boxing and dancing!! Would definitely come again💕
