The shop was spacious and comfortable, and there was a television in front of customers that they can watch while getting their nails done. I was really happy with the results. Just one small area for improvement would be to be a little more careful during the hair wash and handling. There were quite a few times when soapy water splashed onto my face, and I was accidentally scratched lightly a few times by a stylist’s nail while my hair was being handled. Nothing major, a little more care would make the experience exceptional . I had a lovely experience and really appreciated how warm and welcoming everyone was. Would happily come back again!

But the other staff were calling him “teacher” so I assumed he would be good. He definitely is very knowledgeable and skilful. The massage was very different from what I normally get, it felt like a TCM session and though it was painful at times , I felt looser and more relaxed after. Though TCM is not something I typically believe in I do feel like it helped me with my muscle soreness. Would recommend Bai 👍

They don’t hard sell as if you have bad flaws and need products to get better. You can feel the beautician always put in so much effort, I love it. Every session I’m able to relax and leave happy. Maybe just a small improvement would probably be less interruption to the beautician. Hahaha
