Loved the process but wished there were options for 90 minutes &/ 2 hours instead, one hour simply wasn’t enough to undo all the tension and deep knots in me 😂 Overall nice experience though!

すべてのレビューを表示Strictly speaking, depending on the customer's expectations, it would be 4 or possibly 3 stars because the Classic Gel Manicure service does not include exfoliation and hand cream massage, as was indicated in the service description. If this is due to operational constraints, suggest management update this clearly in the description instead of putting a disclaimer saying the service may not match the description. The salon also called 1 hour in advance to move my appointment back by 15 mins but at least they informed me, I guess? Nail colour selection is limited. HOWEVER, I am giving 5 stars because the manicurist did my nails very carefully and meticulously and I'm happy with my nails. Hope my gel nails will last!

Before the session starts, Valerie explained what I can expect later during the session and asked me if I have any areas that I want her to focus on more. I’ve been to plenty of facials in my life from bigger chains like dermalogica to smaller outlets and this has got to be one of the best. Always tempted to gatekeep this place but they’re really good for their extraction. The facial is also quite centred about massage techniques which I thoroughly enjoyed. I also notice that they had incorporated facial ice globes which was so relaxing!! Everyone is courteous and no hard selling or anything like that. Little touches that made me feel so relaxed: the yummy red date tea, cozy decor and zen garden, a soft and cozy bed with comforter 😭 I have not come across any other facial place this luxurious!!
