I’ve been to plenty of facials in my life from bigger chains like dermalogica to smaller outlets and this has got to be one of the best. What’s possibly the best thing compared to facial chains with packages is there is zero up sell and critique to make you feel bad about your skin just to make you buy more, which can be really stressful. I’ll be back! 🌟

The only issue is getting to the place, yes its listed on here that its accessible via Tanglin Mall but when I get to the 4th flr, the door is locked so I had to call the Spa to help me get access. Staff was very helpful and accommodating though! I would definitely go back here again!

There was quite a bit of hard selling at the end and apparently you can only book the service once through ClassPass which doesn’t make any sense. So if you don’t sign up for their package you can’t go there anymore.

They were really talking very loudly and they kept asking my masseuse if she would need more than 1 hour cause there isn’t enough rooms for the next customer and needs us to vacate on time.
