すべてのレビューを表示Carina is a great teacher, it was intense (as you can expect it with a rocketbeat session) but at the same time soft, she has her own style. There was enough space to practice which felt refreshing while usually the class at mission are overbooked (but this is the best studio in London for advanced practitioners)

すべてのレビューを表示Dev was excellent, gave super clear instructions and very helpful throughout, showing me the proper technique when I didn’t get it right and giving me alternative exercises for my knee niggle. Great all around full body workout - like going to the gym but instead with a group of people and shared PT experience! Thank you so much for a great class Dev!

すべてのレビューを表示I love the concept of this class, it really does what it promises, leaves you feeling great and prepares you for a solid strength workout. Loved the vibe of the teacher, very knowledgeable and sweet. Also wanted to mention they have all amenities available, from towels to shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, lotion, blows dryer, straightener… I didn’t see any other reviews mentioning that, so thought I would.
