He crafted a challenging workout and was very attentive in correcting movements or suggesting alternatives. The small group size also makes the sessions feel more personalised, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely try to come back!

She takes the time to correct posture with care and attention, ensuring everyone gets the most out of the session. Her instructions are clear, precise, and easy to follow, which makes the class accessible regardless of your level. What I particularly appreciated is how attentive she is to each participant, she creates a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels at ease. The class itself is very well structured: as a beginner, I felt guided every step of the way, but I can also see how it offers plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself as you progress. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend both Annelisse and her class to anyone looking to build strength, improve posture, and move more mindfully.

Ang is lovely and included moves I hadn’t done before that worked the whole body. Challenging, but I’ll be back to improve 😅

It seems Nikki pays a lot of attention to the people in the session and is adept at tailoring it. I got what I needed, to work on hip stability and flexibility.
