The instructor explained everything clearly, demonstrated each movement well, and made sure to give every participant individual attention to execute the exercises correctly. She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. Some of the movements—especially being upside down—can feel intimidating, but in this class I felt safe and supported throughout.

How she paid attention to breathing and she would tell you if you are doing something wrong. You can definitely say she loves what she is doing.
