The instructor is very good and gives alot of attention to students. Provides adjustments, moves around to show the posture correctly and even call you by your name. Highly recommend.

She keeps walking around to check each one of us ensuring that our posture, position of our hands, legs, feet are correct. Would love to attend her class again.

The studio is nice and relaxing too. The only downside was the studio was still closed when I arrived early, and there’s no shower room. But overall, it was a great experience.

I like the way she explained each of the movements and which type of muscle we are using l, very in detail. She also focuses on each of our posture to make sure we keep on engaging our core and correct movement. highly recommend to come to this studio. Free parking as well.

The class itself was challenging in the best way — pushing you while still feeling achievable and rewarding. I also appreciated the small group setting, which made the experience feel more personal and comfortable. The location is very convenient as well, with plenty of parking available.
