Really enjoyed the calisthenics class with Coach Keven. The session was challenging but well structured, and he made the movements feel approachable even for beginners. Clear guidance, attentive coaching, and a really motivating vibe throughout the class. Left the session sweaty, accomplished.

I tried this class just to use up my classpass trial credits but it turned out to be amazing! Please give it a try guys! I really loved the instructor. The workout was quite challenging but I enjoyed it a lot. You can always modify the exercises if you’re unable to do certain movements so it’s beginner friendly too :) thanks Nadeeya!

I tried this class just to use up my classpass trial credits but it turned out to be amazing! Please give it a try guys! I really loved the instructor. The workout was quite challenging but I enjoyed it a lot. You can always modify the exercises if you’re unable to do certain movements so it’s beginner friendly too :) thanks Nadeeya!
