Also, a mat that I wanted was taken, but the person never showed up, so the mat was just empty the whole time. This has happened more than once already

Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

The studio is well-maintained, clean, and zen, creating a peaceful atmosphere that really supports breathing and focus. The workout itself wasn’t what I expected in a good way: this was a full-body workout, and few of the asanas were really challenging to hold. Totally recommend this studio if you’re looking for a peaceful, breathing-centered workout.

Uyen was amazing in helping to loosen that up and making the movement natural and easy to follow with immediate relief. Great use of tool and aids (blocks etc) to support where my body was at on a given day.
