すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoy Nadine's Sunday morning 90 minute class. She offers a wonderful insight into the practice and combines breathwork, meditation, and smooth vinyasa. she helps develop more complex poses in the 90 minute session as well. love the 90 minute class!

I go to Barry's for my workout, I want an energetic shift and a rebalancing of my nervous system from my yogaso I can enter a more meditative state. Linnea delivers.

すべてのレビューを表示Loved the class. The ambiance was nice and dark to set you in a calming mood. The instructor did a great job leading the class and then walking around to correct form if needed. But also let you know that if you didn’t want to be touched you wouldn’t be. The room is warm and I was sweating but the cold towel in the end felt so good.

すべてのレビューを表示Jackie is such a fun instructor! And she did a great job helping me modify for an injury. Personally I would prefer if more of the class was stretching (it was about 10 mins stretch after 35 mins warm-up/HIIT) but I really enjoyed it and will likely take it again soon.

すべてのレビューを表示SUCH a great zen class!! i appreciate how focused she is on body sensations, it was helpful to know where I should be feeling pinches, stretches, etc. It was a little warm in the studio, but the instructor turned that into something positive by setting a shared intention to *melt.* Totally reframed how I approached my practice today, and changed it for the better !!

You break a sweat without realizing it because it’s not boring enough or too intense to notice how hard you’re working. Can’t wait to return!!
