Cool scented towels, aromatherapy spray, lovely mineral shower and the beach area with tea and oranges. The front desk staff are great. I come in feeling like a wreck and leave feeling much better.

While the aesthetic of the studio/room wasn’t immediately relaxing, the massage itself was amazing and so thorough - I can’t wait to go back. If you’re not going to be a normal person and tip at least 20% on the original service price, get real!

Offered an orange and candlelit tea in a relaxation room after the sauna session that was way better than I imagined (there’s actually sand on the ground, it was like being at a beach)! So refreshing after the hot sauna. Sauna was very spacious and the music was very relaxing. They also offered a peppermint chilled small towel to help cool down. Loved that you could change the color (other than red) of the sauna to target different needs. Would totally recommend city sweats to anyone wanting to relax! Totally worth the 18 credits.

すべてのレビューを表示It was very bright since there’s a window and im pretty sure the ceiling light is on. Since the sun streams in it does get warmer, so they turned on a small fan that unfortunately does hit you while you’re lying down, so it got cold with it blowing my skin and the oil. The room itself was okay size but there’s a lot of furniture, so I could hear the chair banging against things as they were maneuvering it around the table multiple times. Also, this time my person did kept talking throughout the session - a few normal massage questions at the beginning, but there would a few minutes of just music, and then they’d randomly ask another life question, which I’d respond to be polite. Overall it would be nice to have a more focused environment with less distractions so you can relax and focus on the massage. The other part was unfortunately the masseuse was struggling to give good deep pressure. They asked at the beginning if the pressure was good to which I asked for deeper multiple times and we reached their limit. I’ve had many massages in the past and the general pressure throughout felt more medium light than anything. I could tell they were trying really hard since I could see their feet sliding on the carpet and their muscles vibrating trying to lean more into it, but then it was inconsistent pressure that would tug on the skin and sometimes skid and hit me in the head. Could be not enough oil, fatigue at the end of the day, my muscles being too too tight, or maybe they just aren’t able to reach a deep tissue pressure. The legs and arms were better and you could tell they were targeting the muscle groups; just at a medium pressure.

The only critique I have is that entering the building was a challenge because there was an issue with the buzzer and/or his phone. But once I got in the building, everything was great!

すべてのレビューを表示The actual facial was wonderful, the facialists there are amazing. The business owner and structure, on the other hand, not so much. I booked this for 10:00 AM then got an email from the business (not via classpass but their personal email) the night before asking if I could come at 1:45pm instead. I said sure ok whatever, but it did seem sus since this was not changed in classpass’s system. Upon arriving to my appointment, the owner sat me down and said they only allow Classpassers to book with them only once (I had booked via classpass once before like 6months back) and whether I’d like to continue with my appointment at full price. I wasn’t aware of this and it felt like a scam job. I argued my way to where she said ok fine, she’ll let it slide this time. No where on classpass or this booking that it mentions that I can only book them once via classpass. Mind you, my credits had already been taken at that point since my original appointment time was for 10:00 AM that day. She then tried to constantly upsell me to get me to switch to a more expensive facial for additional charge and told me the LMP facial was only for pregnant people and that it would dry me out. Made zero sense. It felt like I was sitting in a timeshare sell meeting. She then tried to sell me on add ons and saying I need them and then when I declined she would say “ok i’ll give you at promotional rate.” Like girl no, i just want the facial I booked for at no extra cost… I kept declining and had to insist that she just let me continue with what I booked with, but I literally had to argue for it. By the time I got to my facial I was so irritated and pissed off I could barely enjoy it. SO CLASSPASSERS BEWARE. Extremely unprofessional and suspicious.
