すべてのレビューを表示Kat was super kind and very helpful! I will note the sauna are tiny, I prefer one where I can lay down vs sitting the full duration but that’s more preference than anything. Great atmosphere, great customer service and really top notch equipment / amenities!

すべてのレビューを表示I will definitely be coming back! The entire experience was relaxing. I enjoy the option of tonics beforehand and choosing which aromatherapy. Sauna was great and you can also choose the color therapy within the sauna. Peppermint cooling towels available to grab when you get too warm. Mineral shower with everything you need after and relaxing in the sandy beach area after with tea added so much to the experience. The staff was friendly and informative. My appointment was right at open so it was very quiet throughout the space.

すべてのレビューを表示I have always wanted to do a dexa scan to check out my bone health, and didn’t realize it was also used for body composition so it was nice to get that insight. Staff was friendly and explained the results in terms of wellbeing and prevention. I also did the infrared sauna pod, which helps with lymphatic drainage. It was really relaxing and was a good intro to their wellness model. I booked a few other sessions while I was there for the introductory package for things that are not yet offered on ClassPass, and I’m excited to return!
