すべてのレビューを表示This was my first ClassPass session and first time doing CrossFit. I’m out of shape and was nervous I wouldn’t be able to keep up. But Joe provided modifications for newcomers and helped me with my form to ensure I was doing each move correctly. I love that there is a lot of repetition because it takes me a while to get the hang of something and it’s easier to keep up when you have to do a circuit for 20 minutes and you get better at it. Will be back!
