The instructor explained everything clearly, demonstrated each movement well, and made sure to give every participant individual attention to execute the exercises correctly. She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. Some of the movements—especially being upside down—can feel intimidating, but in this class I felt safe and supported throughout.

She truly supports you every step of the way and makes sure you’re performing each movement correctly. She never rushes you and always gives you enough time to focus on proper form. At the same time, she knows how to gently challenge you in the best way. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better instructor — I LOVE her classes!
