We worked on the core, legs, and arms, so it felt like a well-rounded full-body workout. Overall, I’m very happy with how the class turned out and I definitely enjoyed the experience.

I think Ive found my absolute favorite instructor, Shannon, is a total gem. Her Pilates and Aero sessions are the perfect mix of enjoyable and challenging, while always honoring everyone's. We did a lot of handstands (well attempts I would say) cartwheels, rolls and so on, everything was soft and safe, so if you don’t know how to do that prepare to be learned.

I was surprised to see how easy it was to follow her direction (given that this was my first class ever) but yeah loved it. & Ashley’s v accommodating to folks in the classroom.
