Cause as soon as we finish and while we still are coming out of the pose, the instructor is already showing the next exercise. Making it difficult to follow what we need to do next and needing to ask her to repear. We should have a 10 sec break for water too.

Both Scott and Josh are phenomenal instructors who consistently bring incredible energy, regardless of whether it’s a 6 a.m. class on a Monday or a 7 a.m. session later in the week. Their enthusiasm is contagious and creates an environment that motivates everyone to push beyond their limits. What stands out even more is how much they genuinely care about the people in their classes. They pay close attention to technique, correct form, and individual progress, which is something I truly value. As someone who has been attending fitness classes for many years and has been a fitness enthusiast for over 15 years in the region, I can say that this level of coaching and attention to detail is rare to find. More broadly, CTG has an incredible atmosphere. From the moment I walk through the door, I’m welcomed by the reception team with warmth, positivity, and great energy. The entire experience feels thoughtful, professional, and community-driven. Thank you to Scott, Josh, and the whole CTG team for consistently delivering such an outstanding experience.
