The instructor( Tara alharmi ) was meticulous, supportive, and deeply focused on perfecting every movement was done correctly,I’ve attended Pilates classes at several other studios, but her level of attention and expertise is unmatched. Truly a standout experience, shes the only instructor whose classes i’ll be returning too!

I liked what she told us: Take your time—doing it right matters more than doing it fast. That really encouraged us to focus on proper form and not rush. Thank you, Naomi, and to all the staff as well for being so accommodating. Highly recommended.

His positive attitude made the session both enjoyable and inspiring, and he really encouraged everyone to give their best. The class, music, and workout routine was exactly what I expected a spinning class to be! She totally delivered!! I burned 500 calories in 50 minutes.The gym is clean, boasting pilate,yoga, and a kickboxing studio! There are so many options for cardio and weight training. Last but certainly not least, there is a sauna and jaccuzi room to unwind!
