Awesome class geared towards building strength for runners and with Hyrox being announced in the region soon. It’s great for those training for race day. Ross was great as always. As a coach myself, I only train with coaches who I respect in the business and Ross is one of the best in the game 🫡

すべてのレビューを表示I booked the Tums & Bums class with Coach Raks, but when I arrived, the reception told me there was no class scheduled at that time. This was actually the second time I’ve booked this class. I ended up using the gym instead, but I hope both ClassPass and AF can make sure that class schedules are accurate and updated so members don’t make plans around classes that aren’t actually available.

すべてのレビューを表示There was an issue with the system and the class I signed up for was actually an hour prior to the timing showed on ClassPass so I arrived after it ended. However, the staff were absolutely lovely and let me use the entire gym for as long as I wanted ! They’ve got all the amenities needed including a prayer room, shower products, water coolers, and hair dryers. Only thing I had to bring with me was a towel and my skincare !
