Starting with a meditative breathing and stretching to wake the body followed by a perfectly balanced yoga practice that builds strength. Feel ready to rock the day both mentally and physically. Maj’s classes are just amazing. She focuses on how to do the postures and takes her time. It’s a slow class with intention that will still bring you to a sweat!

Sadly the studio is not well taken care of. when someone puts their yoga mat on the floor, you can literally feel all the dust flying everywhere and it goes in your eyes and on your face.... 😶YUCK

すべてのレビューを表示It was my first K-Pop dance class, and I was initially nervous and intimidated due to my age and lack of experience. However, the instructor made it easier for me. The moves are manageable, although I struggled to keep up at times! I plan to take more K-Pop classes in the future.

He genuinely care for his students. He is such an exceptional dancer with an incredible sense of musicality. He also teach us to feel the music. Zheng is so talented yet so humble and approachable.
