The instructor explained everything clearly, demonstrated each movement well, and made sure to give every participant individual attention to execute the exercises correctly. She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. Some of the movements—especially being upside down—can feel intimidating, but in this class I felt safe and supported throughout.

すべてのレビューを表示I cannot recommend Sally Andraos enough for handstand training. I am a first timer but she made sure I can try and enjoy the routine as a beginner. She is a brilliant instructor with an incredible depth of knowledge. Not only is she highly flexible and technically skilled, but she also has a unique talent for breaking down difficult movements into achievable steps. Most importantly, she is exceptionally supportive and patient and bubbly. If you want a trainer who is genuinely invested in your progress, Sally is the best choice!

Karina’s instructions were clear and easy to understand and she will demonstrate each position before coming to correct us. Some positions are abit difficult to get into. But it gets better later on.
