He teaches an awesome class with very clear instructions for beginners and experienced yogis alike.. I love going to this studio. Very open, inclusive and friendly with people of all ages, abilities, genders and orientations.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved the class! The instructor/owner was great. Perfect mix of being a tough workout but still very mindful and kind. Great music, friendly people, positive energy. I liked that the instructor walked around to make sure people knew what they were doing and was there to help everyone. It felt supportive, encouraging, and strong! Highly recommend!
