He teaches an awesome class with very clear instructions for beginners and experienced yogis alike.. I love going to this studio. Everyone in class was so supportive for my first time. I didn’t do as well as I’d liked but I didn’t feel judged or embarrassed. Anything she saw me struggling with, she offered moderations.
