すべてのレビューを表示Yoga was great! It was a really creative flow, interesting sequencing that I hadn’t done before. There was a little core work sprinkled in throughout but the focus was mostly true yoga, stretching, balance, and breath work. I’ll definitely go back!

すべてのレビューを表示The teacher was incredible, everyone was friendly and supportive. I haven’t done ballet in 20+ years so it was a little intimidating walking in, but I was welcomed and felt completely comfortable. Was a great experience and can’t wait to go again :)
