When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was expecting me , and said my name before I offered, simply with the appointment time. I was given a short questionnaire on medical history and then brought to the back so Monica could start the IV. Monica was gentle and explained the next steps effortlessly, making me feel at ease. The time went by super fast and as soon as the drip was done, Angie was there to free me and wrap the Injection spot. I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you

すべてのレビューを表示Be sure to bring a towel. They don’t provide anything and will make you buy one if you don’t have it. Contrary to what the lady at the front desk thinks, this information is not disclosed anywhere on the Class Pass app or in the confirmation email. The sauna itself was fine, clean, but no colored light therapy inside. Just a small white light bulb for reading, like on an airplane. There’s bluetooth but my phone wasn’t able to connect or find the network. I liked the space itself, it had a calming peaceful vibe. Wish they would incorporate more of that “healing energy” spirit into the Sauna room/experience.

The Cryo facial (20ish min) was relaxing and effective - she showed me my before and afters in real time and I honestly did see a small improvement in that one treatment! I ended up purchasing a package (pricey, yes) - will see how the rest goes but I’m excited to return!

The interaction with the staff and all around people was pretty awesome. I thought I was just going for a cold plunge and we went so deep in a conversation with Bruce about life and polarization, thank you brother. Big shout out to all the staff there.
