すべてのレビューを表示Annie is a top notch instructor and her sequencing is lovely. She gives such specific cues and is incredibly inspirational during them. A total assset to Mighty. I just wish she taught a power pilates class since that is what I normally take.

すべてのレビューを表示I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Yoga Nest. The vibe was very inviting as well as Amie the teacher. I typically practice hot yoga that is focused a lot of athleticism and it was lovely to practice today in a way that felt more connected to the truth of asana. The teacher was knowledgeable and provided good verbal cues and adjustments as well as hands on. Will definitely return when I'm in town again.
