すべてのレビューを表示Great class! I was a bit lost and uncoordinated and it was still a great workout and a lot of fun! Lo is a great instructor, just the right amount of hype and pushing, and encouragement. The instruction before the class even started for me and other newbies was very helpful and the others in the class were super-friendly and encouraging too. Looking forward to going back!

We’re all comfortable on the bags, but when it comes to real Muay Thai - footwork, punches, kicks, partner drills, and holding mitts yourself instead of relying on the coach - that’s when you really see how good (or not so good 😂) you are. I loved the session. It was energetic, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. A great workout for cardio and speed, but even more valuable for developing real technique. Absolutely 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Everyone was super welcoming, and the coach was attentive, answered all my questions, and took the time to teach proper technique. Amazing atmosphere, great workout, and beginner-friendly. 10/10 recommend, I’ll definitely be back!
