The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

すべてのレビューを表示Gunnar is my favorite spin instructor. He is always upbeat, funny, and makes the class breeze by. He gives you options for modifications and gives you tips for your form. He checks in on the riders and offers help if you need it. Also, he tells funny stories and makes me laugh. I love his themed rides!!
