すべてのレビューを表示Santa Monica's best kept secret. Since Cyclebar in SM closed the only horrible option was SoulCycle. I decided to give this class a try and I AM SO happy I did. Chevy is incredibly upbeat and fun! her classes are super challenging and engaging. fantastic music selection and tough arm routine that will get you toned! anyone looking for a spinning class has got to book Chevy's class

すべてのレビューを表示Great first impressions here as someone with a regular hot practice. Solid pacing, balanced and dynamic flow, and temp was just right (effective and sweaty but not suffocatingly hot). Parking is $2 with validation in the garage off Navy.

すべてのレビューを表示First time at this studio… first let me say that the space is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was very clean and organized. The front desk staff and instructor were very kind and welcoming. The rhythm sculpt class is sort of like mat Pilates which is usually not my thing… but it was surprisingly a fun class that gave me a good sweat. Definitely more low impact/intensity but that might be perfect for a rest day when you want to just move your body. I’ll definitely be back to check out the other classes!
