すべてのレビューを表示This was my second yoga class ever, and first heated and it thoroughly kicked my butt. I don’t have a lot of comparison points but the studio was nice and the teacher was friendly and knowledgeable and the class was fun and challenging.

すべてのレビューを表示I love Vaishali”s class! I was lucky to be the only one in class so she took the time to correct my technique, and we got the chance to practice more advanced poses. He usual flows are good too in terms of pacing and level of challenge. This will be my usual Thursday evening go-to :)
