すべてのレビューを表示Really great class! I informed the instructor of an injury that I have and she was very encouraging about me finding modifications that worked for my body. I noticed that she would go around to students and help them correct their form, which I think is a really great thing to do to make sure we’re not injuring ourselves. The heat was pretty comfortable. You can definitely modify this class up or down in terms of difficulty.

Megan, the instructor, was amazing—her genuine enthusiasm and clear guidance made the class both fun and effective. Highly recommend, especially if Megan is teaching!

すべてのレビューを表示Excellent Iyengar class. Quite challenging but slow so a great beginner class. The instruction was precise and clear. You use a lot of props in this style and hold poses for a long time. Lovely bright practice room with good air flow.

Balancing in the dark was challenging, but her voice was soothing and her instructions so precise that I was motivated to deepen and try new movements. I enjoyed that the sequences, especially the warm-up and cooldown, differed slightly from the more predictable routine we often hear at CPY.
