すべてのレビューを表示Such a beautiful studio! The instructor and class were great. Bridget gave us a cold lavender towel to go over our eyes during shavasana - heaven! I also got to meet the owner, who is absolutely lovely. I will be back!!

すべてのレビューを表示This Yin class was great! Becca was friendly and gave very clear instructions. I really enjoyed her calm voice and options for modification if a pose did not work with your body. Highly recommend if you want a very slow paced relaxing class.

すべてのレビューを表示This is a great combo class. The flow helped me feel present and happy, then the restorative part was sooo restorative. Absolutely recommend! It would be amazing to do flow and restore -> restore class right after. Some day I will dedicate the few hours to that :)
