    Class not my cup of tea, but I can see why people may enjoy it. In the class I went to, you rotated through about five stations where you did about two exercises per station (one bicep exercise and one back exercise) within 6 minutes before moving on to the next station. Whereas I’m able to lift heavier at home, I had to reduce my weights significantly in order to conserve energy for the next set of exercises. Class energy was good but doesn’t really feel like a class; feels more like a bunch of people going through the same motions on their own. Made for less pressure, which could be a bonus for some.

    Great workout! Allen was very motivating and ensures proper form and safety. It’s a small group so it feels almost like a personal training session. The gym isn’t super glamorous or anything but has everything you need. I love that it was strength focused as well!
