すべてのレビューを表示Tiffany’s flow class was wonderful! I will definitely be back. She was warm, welcoming, and funny, and the class had fun themed music. I even achieved my first baby lift in her class! The environment at Guruv Yoga is exactly what I hope for in a studio; even though it was my first time there, I was greeted with open arms and felt included throughout the entire experience.

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was great! She walked me through everything and even did the exercises with me since she noticed I’m a visual learner. She explained everything so well, and even though I was nervous to go, I’m so glad I did. ☺️ I have a much better understanding now of why proper breathing is so important, and I felt like the class was focused on truly learning the basics rather than just doing Pilates.
