She turned the music up too loud (there was no warning about this in the class description) and when I told her I have tinnitus and I can’t handle music that loud she didn’t care or lower the music. If you have a class with such loud music, you need to warn about it in the description and offer earplugs. But the fact she blatantly disregarded me and acted like I was an idiot makes me never want to return to that studio again.
