Kian was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the whole experience feel very comfortable. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. I left feeling sooo relaxed and refreshed. Lucy did the basic Sole massage with a little Thai massage and stretching. Her hands are gentle enough to put you asleep but she’ll also get in those pressure points. My only complaint is, I wished they offered 90 mins.

すべてのレビューを表示I had a great experience overall and really enjoyed my visit! The staff was soo friendly, and the facilities were clean and relaxing. I just have a few suggestions that I think would make the experience even better. The TV remote was difficult to use (you have to press and hold the buttons firmly), and the TV placement in my room only made it viewable from one spot in the sauna. The shower temperature was also confusing to figure out—I mentioned it to the front desk, and they agreed it can be tricky, so a small instruction sign would be helpful. I also texted the number on the website before my visit with a parking question but never received a response. The shampoo and conditioner were nearly empty and wouldn’t pump, and I wasn’t sure where to leave my used towels until I found the basket near the bathroom after my session. Lastly, it would make more sense to have Q-tips in the private room where you shower and get ready rather than only in the hair drying area. Overall, these were all small issues, and I’d definitely come back. I just think these little improvements would make an already great experience even better!!!!

As someone who has a fear of getting stuck in the vessel, and is new at cryo, this made me feel safe and I could stay in longer bc I knew someone was there. It might seem a bit “extra” to some that can’t relate but I wrote this for my fellow people out there who want to try it but may be hesitant. Great staff, great facility!

But I have been struggling with some shoulder pain the last few months and when I saw the option of the Himilayan Salt Massage I thought I would give it a try. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Yes, I put it in all CAPS because I was so impressed!! Booking the appointment was easy and they were so gracious when I called and said I was lost and running late. The massage with hot stones felt incredible and the salt scrub was the icing on the cake. Jennie was so intuitive about what areas of my body were tense and tender, her pressure was perfect and she kept working out the tension in my shoulders and back. The room was dimly lit with soft piano music playing which helped me to relax. I was handed a little bottle of water when I exited and went straight to the reception area to book my next massage. This will definitely become one of my self-care MUSTS. 💖
