Great for all levels as you she encouraged different modifications for what made you feel comfortable. I had zero recollection of the last 30 minutes. I could have slept there for days undisturbed. 10/10 would recommend for the most relaxing experience ever.

There was no music or anything just the coach coaching us through the exercises and fixing our form if needed. It was different not having music but loved kinda the mutual grunts and giggles pushing through or finishing a rep.

I appreciate that she took the time to speak with me at the outset to understand my specific needs and set my expectations. She’s obviously very knowledgeable, and communicated with me appropriately throughout the massage to both educate me and check in with me. It seemed to be a very personalized experience and was more comprehensive than any massage I’ve ever had. She’s very strong, and the deep tissue is not for the faint of heart. She was encouraging and made what is expected to be a somewhat physically uncomfortable experience comfortable. She worked every single muscle of my body and I truly feel like a new person.
