The owner is originally from Brazil, so she brings a real expertise to Brazilian waxing that you just can't fake. From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, calm, and comfortable. Not clinical or rushed like some places can feel. She was warm and friendly throughout, which makes a huge difference when you're in a vulnerable situation!
