She guided us each step of the way throughout the meditation, reminding us of our visual cues and allowing for breaks where we reflected on how the experience was going for us. I definitely teared up during the session! I left feeling physically lighter and emotionally empowered. I let go of a lot of “stuff” I’ve been holding on to and let in much needed energy. The reception has you fill out a form asking what you’d like to focus on, which is good, but I didn’t feel like my attendant used the info provided. Still, the space is quiet and clean, and I’ve been here before and would come back.
