すべてのレビューを表示first time here and i love the studio! there’s a shower in the back which i greatly appreciate and multiple solo bathrooms. i did the yoga sculpt with Ana. one thing is they only have 2, 3, and 8 lb weights. i saw one 5lb weight but wish there were more! hopefully will be back again for another class!

Even though it was full, she would demonstrate, walk around to check everyone’s form plus provide modifications (: I struggle a lot with my wrists so it was a nice reminder and option when I could go on my forearms. Instead of fighting against my body, I was able to focus on the muscle group needed. Then when I took her Stretch class today, I loved that there was still strength training and an emphasis on the outer glutes, which is the muscle group I need and want to grow. Thank you!

I’m trying to incorporate more yoga and stretching into my usual routine of Pilates and strength training and her restorative yoga classes have been such a help. She always asks what I’d like to work on, notices where I’m struggling, and how I feel after class. I’m looking forward to seeing how my body changes with consistent yoga classes.

Paige’s yoga sequences are always fun, perfect amount of challenging, and always original (not your typical yoga sequence). These both are a gem and I love taking their classes.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time going to a tai chi class and Tony was super welcoming and incredibly friendly and very clear from the start at how knowledgeable he is with the forms in the movement and how they work to improve posture. I have a lot of alignment and posture issues that I have to compensate for but even in a group class he’s really great at taking the time if you need help of making adjustments for you and really working you through the flow. I’m really glad jiaren has tai chi now to add to its overall roster of really great classes and I’m definitely coming back to tai chi.

The facilities are neat and clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful with giving tours and information about the sauna, lights, and controls. The room itself is very clean, and I appreciate that they have towels for the floor, bench, body, and face along with a cool towel for ending the session. There’s a TV if you want to watch anything, but they have a very cool, zen, meditation type background on it if you just want to relax. Will definitely be back!

I’m typically a baby when it comes to massages and only do Swedish, however, I decided to go with deep pressure with a focus in my back for today’s massage. It was painful, but in a good way. This was my very first massage, and from the moment I walked in, the staff made sure I felt comfortable and had all my questions answered. My masseuse, Olive, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, respectful, and incredibly intentional in everything she did. Before entering the room, she knocked. During the session, she was slow and purposeful with her movements — whether repositioning my arms or legs or adjusting the blanket, she always made sure I stayed covered and comfortable. That kind of care made the whole experience feel very safe. One of my biggest concerns going in was pressure. I tend to be more sensitive and have had painful experiences with friend and family giving me at home massages, but Olive found the perfect balance — firm enough to actually work through my muscles and help me relax, but never uncomfortably intense. What I especially appreciated was how she handled check-ins. She made a point to ask before anything significant, like touching my face or applying the hot towel to my back, but she didn’t over-check during the rest of the session. That balance felt just right — attentive without being disruptive. I left feeling genuinely relaxed and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend ALLEE, especially if you’re a first-timer. Ask for Olive!
