There was some mixups at the front desk for clients assigned spots so there was a lot of spot shifting at the beginning of the class which was quite disruptive, wished the desk staff was a bit more tactful with that process.

すべてのレビューを表示First time at Barry’s! Definitely a challenging class, but I loved it. You can go at whatever pace you feel comfortable at, even if it’s lower/slower than what the instructor tells you to do! Absolutely no judgment from anyone, and there was a lot of encouragement from my peers. I’ve been looking for a class that had some more cardio than strength/weight training, and I felt like this class had a good balance of both (treadmill + bench). I will definitely be coming back!

すべてのレビューを表示Warm up on stairmaster. You wear headphones that are linked to music & your trainer’s mic. Great mix of interval training with dumbbells, ropes, & bands & then cardio bursts with the stairmaster. Restroom available & plenty of parking in the parking lot. Highly recommend this gym!

すべてのレビューを表示The studio is a tanning salon, I know it sounds strange, but it works. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the scent of the studio is great. The fit slim tread is located in the lobby, their facing outward, so you're looking out the window at the Almaden Ex. traffic. The music is playing loud enough to hear, but I put on my earbuds and fast-paced walked to the beat of my own tunes. You definitely warm up, but it's not overwhelming. I felt great after my session. I will definitely be back.
