すべてのレビューを表示This class was wonderfully relaxing, invigorating, and challenging all at the same time. I am not a big fan of hot yoga that is so popular these days, but during this class it felt so wonderful to have the sun shining on me through the window with a natural breeze of fresh air coming in. Prashant, the instructor was clear and compassionate with his guidance and I also loved a story, music and chanting.

すべてのレビューを表示Attended for the first time for the Aerial Yoga level 1 with Claire S and it was such a fun class! I have done mat yoga for quite some years and thought it would be fun to try aerial yoga. The first half of the class was a bit tough for me to get a hold of everything as these were new techniques to me but Claire was very kind and helpful to me and everyone else, fixing our form and helping us when we got stuck. Towards the second half of the class, it became super fun and relaxing towards the end. Highly reccomend and will be back :)
