However, I would dock down 0.25 stars if I could for this particular appointment due to the miscommunication that I think could have been avoided if front desk was more prompt. I had to pay extra because I didn’t double check the pedicure service I actually booked and accidentally told the technician I booked a more expensive tier. The technician (and I) wasn’t made aware of the mistake until too late, when front desk person informed the technician after ten minutes into the session. Just make sure you know what the equivalent service is on their menu!

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve been here a couple times to do a pedicure. Used my credits to book the pedicure. It’s $20 additional if wanting gel polish. You just have to pay extra for that plus the tip amount. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Thank you Lucy for helping me today!

すべてのレビューを表示I was surprised to see it empty on a Sunday afternoon! Right when I walked in, they knew I was a ClassPass client, so rest assured that they're definitely checking! I booked a Deluxe Pedicure, which came with everything I was looking for. I paid an extra $15 for gel, which I didn't mind. Keep in mind that they do require a $20 minimum for card transactions, but other than that, they take online payments. The service was quick but still effective---I've seen other reviews here that said it was too quick but I didn't feel like it was, especially since they got everything done with the soak, the paraffin wax, the pumice stones, etc. I'm looking forward to using my ClassPass subscription to get my regular pedicures here!

すべてのレビューを表示Great service! I love the way my pedicure turned out. It was a pretty simple, no frills service. We started with hot soak followed by a quick lower leg and foot exfoliation, then cuticle work and a foot scrub. After the prep was complete, she went in with gel prep and paint. Lastly was moisturizer and quick massage then a hot towel wrap. Everything was finished up in about 45 minutes. I’ll definitely be coming again! They also have a Venmo code right up front for convenient tip :D

すべてのレビューを表示Very low key spot that does hair, nails and facials (gives an old school hair salon vibe). For clarification, the “gel manicure and pedicure” package does not include gel for the pedicure (extra $10 to upgrade). Tammy took care of both for me (~80 minutes). It came out cute, but I also didn’t ask for anything fancy (one color for toes and a different one color for fingers). I think I got lucky that my specialist wasn’t multi-tasking clients and I got seated right away. I would come again solo, but not optimal for groups since there was only 3 workers doing everything in the shop (and 2 manicure desks, 4 pedicure chairs).
