すべてのレビューを表示Really loved Jasmin’s class! It’s a great mix of flexibility, strength, and endurance, with a full Pilates mat workout and some really soothing stretches at the end. The Pilates exercises in this class really made me focus on my core and control my movements, while also helping with stability and body awareness. Jasmin is so warm and friendly, and she gives lots of encouragement and helpful instructions throughout the class. The energy is always so positive and fun, while still being a great workout. Definitely recommend her class!

But the instructor did a great job showing the foot and arm choreo. Very helpful Usually she checks the temperature of the class and she did today. She had us watch her, practice his choreo, and went slow until we got it :)

Every class has different choreography, so you’d be learning something new every class. It’s not the kind of class that you would have to attend class consecutively to catch on to.
