    Power Sculpt

    I LOVED this class! Beautiful venue (the Presidio, with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge in the fog), with upbeat music, Sherm, the teacher, was so friendly and had great energy. She hyped us up and did the moves while directing us which was impressive bc I was dying just trying to do the moves and breathe lol. The workout kicked my butt while being super fun. Challenging, outdoors, good music- it was one of my favorite classes I’ve ever taken!

    Ashe covered a lot in this 2 hour class. We did some foam roller exercises and also incorporated other props that targeted other areas of our lower body. This is a great addition to my circus routine since I don't really give sufficient attention to proper maintenance exercises after training.

    Workout was functional and balanced! There's a clear theme to the workout but the muscle groups aren't "just legs" or "just arms". Lots of complementary muscle groups. It's as hard as you want to make it and lots of options of weights!
