すべてのレビューを表示I haven’t really done contemporary dance since college but this class was a great way to get back into it! Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. She had us do some (non intimidating!!) improv after warm ups and I felt so joyful and connected to the music. Will definitely return!

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was highly knowledgeable and walked everyone in the beginner reformer class through how to use the reformer in each exercise, which muscle groups are being activated, and assisted in any necessary alterations. She also provided feedback and answered questions. I highly enjoyed my time and look forward to returning in the coming weeks. I would recommend EHS to anyone in search of a good pilates place!

すべてのレビューを表示Kevin is so sweet! It’s an intimate class setting which is honestly nice if you are getting into a workout routine for the first time or get intimidated by large classes or gym settings. He has so much energy and is encouraging during the classes. Will be back for sure :)
