すべてのレビューを表示I don’t like reformers but it’s hard to find a good mat plates class—this is what I’ve been looking for! It was gentle but effective. Felt the burn but didn’t necessarily sweat lol. Only thing is it was bit unclear when to inhale vs exhale, and when we are alternating left/right vs just doing one side.
Our edge is that we cap our classes at 6 people. Our studio is relatively small but…Rocket Express
