すべてのレビューを表示Very challenging, but you learn a lot assuming you are at least an advanced beginner. There were many more leads than follows, so some leads did not have partners during some rotations. The rotations are frequent though, so everyone still gets a lot of reps in. Javier was teaching tonight instead of the usual Ronald/Kiki pair.

The class was super high energy, and I left sweaty and smiling. My hamstrings were really sore the next day and I wasn’t expecting that. I would drop in again the next time I’m in town.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved her class so much! It was my first salsa class and I’m so happy to say I had such a great experience! I can’t wait to come back! It’s such a friendly and fun environment. Stephanie has a beautiful & radiant vibe and I love how she’s really good at creating a safe space, uses positive reinforcement, and encourages messing up as you learn, which allows you to feel comfortable and confident as you’re learning. You definitely want to take her class!

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed this class. It was a solid traditional barre series with a good mix of challenge and simplicity. Samantha gave modification options and was encouraging and kind. This is a great class for someone like me returning to ballet after a long time. I will definitely be back!
