The instructor was amazing—patient, motivating, and super skilled, which immediately put me at ease. The class was a perfect mix of strength, coordination, and creativity. Using the ropes felt so empowering, and I loved how it worked out my whole body while also improving my focus and balance. It was challenging, but in the best way possible—I could feel myself getting stronger with every move. One tip: I highly recommend wearing leggings for this class. The ropes can sometimes rub against your skin during certain moves, and leggings help protect your legs while keeping you comfortable

I was guided to a room after I chose which vitamins I would like in my IV bag, and I was greeted with comfortable lounging massage chairs, a tv setup with cable/hulu/netflix, a cute trendy wall, blankets & pillows, and a button to summon someone from the other room if necessary. The nurse came in shortly after and did a very good job with the needle (I have no bruising or pain) and was quick and efficient. My bag drained in about 30 minutes and the nurse came back promptly to remove everything. I would be happy to return here and would definitely recommend to my friends! 10/10.
