I like the set up of the 12 circuits, option to scale heavy weights and 6 is all I really needed to feel sore today. I was a little apprehensive as it was my first session and with a male masseuse but he was a total professional. The receptionist was very nice and helpful with getting paperwork filled out. After a brief health questionnaire, we got started. My IV only took about 20 minutes but they checked on me periodically. Everyone was kind and genuine- I will definitely be back!

They squeeze you from the toes, all the way up to your thighs.And then release. There was of course no pain associated with it. the representative there was very nice about showing me around and I felt very welcomed.I will absolutely be back for more stuff!

I mentioned that my neck and hips needed extra attention, and she did an amazing job while still providing a full-body massage. The session included hot stones, warm towels, massage oils, and a heated massage table, which made the experience incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the facility was very clean.
