すべてのレビューを表示It’s definitely a unique experience. You immersed in a portable tub with freezing cold water and you try to be there for how long you’re able to tolerate it. The staff advised me to immerse my entire body completely with just my face above water. I was able to do it for a few seconds and several tries. One needs to do some deep breathing and meditation while you’re in there to withstand the freezing water temperature. Definitely not for everyone to enjoy but it’s an experience. Staff was very friendly and informative.

I believe the room was shared with the red light therapy (I saw it on when I walked in) and you could hear it when people walked in and out. But let me tell you, Celeste rocked my world. Her deep tissue pressure was hard but so necessary for someone like me whose anxiety and stress just gets stored in their body. You gotta literally breathe through the intensity at times (and she tells you as such) but it is worth it on the other side. And I didn’t tell her too much but she is super great at knowing where to work based on your body. I’ll definitely be back.

I was guided to a room after I chose which vitamins I would like in my IV bag, and I was greeted with comfortable lounging massage chairs, a tv setup with cable/hulu/netflix, a cute trendy wall, blankets & pillows, and a button to summon someone from the other room if necessary. The nurse came in shortly after and did a very good job with the needle (I have no bruising or pain) and was quick and efficient. My bag drained in about 30 minutes and the nurse came back promptly to remove everything. I would be happy to return here and would definitely recommend to my friends! 10/10.

I was worried that I would be bored as I don’t want to bring in any electronic devices, but the sauna has a built-in tablet that has Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. The infrared sauna is in a private room that I can lock. The person who helped me was also really nice, he explain a bit about how infrared sauna works and walk me through how to use the tablet. I was also able to do the full 30 minute session, even though I was late to my appointment. Highly recommended!
