I took Kim Deng's yoga+reiki+soundbath class, she is a truly gifted instructor with a beautiful calming voice that guides you to feel comfortable in the space. The class was very chill, just what I needed. Great vibe. What a unique spot, it’s like someone turned their house into an entire yoga and wellness property. Clean facilities, helpful staff, and it was so fun to be able to do the cold plunge, sauna AND red light! Don’t walk, RUN to this gem! 💎

すべてのレビューを表示Tyler is amazing! So patient and kind - you can really tell this is his passion and he loves what he does. His breathwork sequence is really great and pushes you in the best way possible. Heading into the optional sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub experience afterwards is the perfect add on. You get that solo, reflective time during the breathwork class, and then can shift into being social after. Such a great way to wind down from the work week!

The receptionist was very nice and helpful with getting paperwork filled out. After a brief health questionnaire, we got started. My IV only took about 20 minutes but they checked on me periodically. Everyone was kind and genuine- I will definitely be back!

They squeeze you from the toes, all the way up to your thighs.And then release. There was of course no pain associated with it. the representative there was very nice about showing me around and I felt very welcomed.I will absolutely be back for more stuff!
